You can cancel your order before dispatch, normally we will arrange dispatch within 24-48 hours, if you are not sure, please email service@docolorbrushes.com to confirm, we will help to cancel and full refund you.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, we accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

Notes:

1. We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns. The cost of shipping on return items is at your expense and nonrefundable.

2. If your order is shipped from local warehouse(US, EURO area), you can return the parcel directly by refuse to accept parcel. If you want to return the parcel after accepted it, please contact us first, we will send you return address. 

3. The returned item should be in good and completely new condition. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, or used in any way.

4. Refund will be issued within 2 or 3 business days after received the returned package.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
